Stood and waited 30 minutes to get a simple eyebrow wax done. Everyone was extremely friendly except for the woman that I was waiting on. The way she stared ane looked at me..glared....I wasnt about to let her get that close to my eyes. There was no need for her to be that rude. I was very patient.
Me and two of my friends went in here yesterday they were very welcoming and kind 10/10 experience I would come here again
I just wanted to say thank you to all the ladies for being patient with my daughter and I. I know today was a busy day and appointments were running back to back. But thank you for doing my daughter nails. Today was her second time getting her nails and by her being non verbal it’s hard for her to express her feelings, but you ladies did an excellent job and I truly appreciate the extra help when it was time for me to get my brows done. I came into this nail salon at 6:00 PM, and they didn’t close until 7:00 PM. I politely asked how much a full set would cost, and the employee was immediately hostile and rude when answering a simple question about pricing. After that, I was told they would not serve me because they were closing soon, despite there still being an hour left before closing time. I got my nails done here 3 days ago, and my gel polish is already chipping, i dont even work with my hands and i havent gone out much so theres no reason for it to be chipping. Also the lady i had didnt ask what shape i wanted, she just gave me square, and cut all the length off of my nails that i was growing out. My gel polish was also uneven, with bubbles.
