Davey claims they have ISA certified Arborists - whoever trimmed my oak tree in 01/2026 used abrasive spikes/gaffs to climb my tree (a tree that I can easily climb). This is unskilled, unprofessional behavior that left gaping holes in the trunk and has left my tree susceptible to infection. This is not ISA certified behavior, beware.
This is our annual street-wide tree butchery. The approach is consistent: hacking, slashing, and walking away. No proper pruning standards, no long-term planning—just damage severe enough that many of these trees decline and die within a few years. This tree is a prime example.
