Scheduled a tree removal 3 weeks in advance, the crew did not show up, no one called to say they wouldn't be showing up. Extremely unprofessional that I had to follow up with my own scheduled service after no contact whatsoever.
I appreciated Mike's helpful, low-pressure assessment and estimate in two separate transactions, and the cost was less than I'd expected from such an established tree firm. Mike got a crew there right away, and even though it was a small job, they were completely professional. The work was done right and the site cleaned up to my satisfaction before they left. Highly recommended based on my experience.
WOW. Davey Tree Niagara just took down a huge 80foot maple tree in my small back yard, and made it look easy. Warren, Emily, and Jake were really nice, and worked like horses. All of my neighbors were out watching them take this tree down piece by piece. Talk about professional, I'm 70 years old and worked in construction and industry, I know what good work looks like, it doesn't get any better than this.
