If I could give a zero I would!! I'm disabled and 60, they left trash and a yard full of tree limbs!! No one wanted to clean up the mess.. Just told me to call our big trash pickup people.. I hope no one ever uses them!!! They are a horrible company and doesn't care about people...
Very concerning experience. I’m the landlord of a property where two individuals from this company showed up unannounced late at night, knocking on the door at 9:52 PM and again at 10:12 PM. This was completely inappropriate and alarming for my tenant. When I contacted the company, I was told they were there for an “immediate concern” on behalf of OG&E. It’s not legal to block multiple people’s driveways for hours. It would also be nice to be given a notice instead of having your crews show up to neighborhoods randomly.
They showed up on my porch ringing the doorbell and yelling “hello” at 7:30am stating the neighboring property requested service nearly a year ago and they were just now getting around to it. The property owner has been deceased for several years so I’m not sure who requested it, but it wasn’t me. They drove their giant truck THROUGH MY YARD, leaving ruts in the grass.
