Very disappointed in the service and quality. We needed glass fitted into a window frame which had been freshly painted, originally quoted $150 (or $120 cash) dropped it off at 1:30pm and was told it would be done by 4-5pm that day. At 5:30pm hadn’t heard anything back so I messaged and he said it’s a difficult job so needs more time and that he wanted my address so he would drop it off once it’s finished which I gave. Todd was very responsive early in the morning and came out to fix our window in the same day. He was very friendly to work with, true to his quote and would recommend to all! Gets the job done, thanks Todd.
No Doubt one of the best service I have had in a long time. My Son put a ball through the window yesterday afternoon because Cricket is a good game to play inside. One phone call and was promptly advised our window would be fixed the next day. Today Todd advised me that he was running late. I thought he wouldn't turn up but the door bell rang at 5:30pm and there he was. Window is now fixed like nothing ever happened except the window is cleaner. 5 star is the least I could give.
Worst experience ever. The guy never responds, keeps leading us on and as a customer, it’s super unprofessional to never respond to your clients. We organised a glass cut from this company a week ago. He only messaged us that it’s ready to be picked up after 5 days, we rang him on the pick up day and he told us that he’s gonna drop it off instead but at a later time. Today we messaged him and ask him if we could pick up the glass. Hasn’t respond at all, rang him. No answer. What a waste of time
