I purchased a property which was listed by Dee Davey. During the pre-closing walk through, we discovered that the seller had removed the almost - new refrigerator which was shown in photos and called out in the listing description. When our realtor contacted Davey about it, she argued and said it was fine for the seller to take it. A number of other people confirmed that this was unethical behavior. So if you are on the buying end of one of her deals... Buyer beware!
