Eric and his helper were EXCELLENT! I thought at first I would need to "watch over his shoulder" but that was NOT the case. He listened, discussed, explained answers to all my concerns, and very shortly, completely won me over with trust. It was obvious in our discussion he was there for me...how he would want it done in his own home...how he would want to be treated. We were given every offer expected and then more. These remarkable young people took their time to review all aspects of the equipment installed and were respectful to our needs. They do not compare when aligned to competitors soaring higher in customer satisfaction!
Daryl was extremely knowledgeable, had very good answers to all of my questions and was very personable. He is a great asset to the company.
We can’t recommend Dave’s World enough!! We had them install 5 mini splits throughout our home with some areas that were rather complicated due to it being a log cabin.
