It take Dave’s World way to long to get repair parts. Your work is very good. Brad did an outstanding job chasing down the problem. A mouse had chewed the DC wiring he replaced the wiring and it worked fine.

Outstanding experience. After getting turned away by two other companies, I went to Dave's World website, which is great in its own right, and made my own appointment for the same week. Thee technician, Brian, got the problem diagnosed and the parts ordered. He explained the problem and repair options fully. I was so pleased that I signed up for their new subscription service program, for ongoing maintenance.
