Had a great experience with Kevin when buying a car for my family..Kevin was helpful, knowledgeable, and honest..Did not feel any pressure to buy the car and wasn't forced into something I didn't want..Highly recommend Kevin and Dave's used car sales..Will be back to buy other cars in the future!
The customer service here is phenomenal! Bill was extremely helpful in getting us setup with the Mazda we saw on their website. Also, Kevin jumped right in, and got us started w/ the paperwork once we decided we definitely wanted the car. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and there was no wait. We had an absolutely outstanding experience at this dealership, and I truly can’t say enough great things about the entire team. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, Craig was able to give me a great trade in value. Bill was also extremely helpful answering questions. I was sold a warranty under false pretneces from this location. 3 months after purchase, it needs a new transmission. I was unable to use the $2000 warranty they sold me because there was a manufacturers warranty that was not disclosed to me. I spoke with Dave who owns the establishment and he told me to "stop yelling honey". He was extremely discriminating towards me because im a woman.
