Very professional they satisfy the needs of there customers I ordered a new mower they sat with me for an hour past closing time to get financing for me and went to the factory to pick up my unit very pleased
Bought a new Cub Cadet ran it 2 hours wouldn't start ground fault issue under warranty but cost me 95.00 to have picked up and serviced really. Got tractor back ran half hour 2 days later started it only to have a severe missing problem back to dealer again 46 inch fab xt2 got it back 1 week later mowed 1 time so far good can't wait till next mowing day hope everything is ok really disappointed at this point hope there are no more problems hope I haven't got a lemon
I couldn't be happier with my Cub Cadet XT3 Garden Tractor purchase from Dave's Tractor World. Dave himself is very polite, friendly, and helpful. He introduced himself to me with a good firm handshake and a smile and pointed me over to Bruce for help with my purchase. These people sold me a drive belt and told me exactly how to install it so I didn't have to wait 2 weeks for a service appointment. Would recommend that everyone go rhere
