If you want to be treated with the UTMOST disrespect, call Carol Dahlquist at Dave's Sheet Metal. I asked for a quote to create a hood like the Vent-A-Hood and she responded in email with, "GO to Vent-A-Hood!" I called the office to ask why she'd respond to a customer like that...and she hung up on me! Hey, Dave....fire her (but she's your wife so you should consider another customer service person)!!! You're losing business!
