WARNING!!! CUSTOMER BE WARE OF PRICE-GOUGING!! – I called for Dave's Appliance when the water dispencer on my fridge stopped working. Dave himself came to my house and after a quick analysis (and leaving a huge ding on the fridge door), he informed me that I would need to replace three parts due to possible calcium build up in the system. best sevice i have ever had – I Called Daves out to fix my refrigerator after 6:00 pm i was so happy when they said they could come out right away within an hour a tech arrived. he was very helpfull and very polite after he told me what was wrong and gave me the price to fix it i was shocked again to hear that he had the part to fix it on his truck. will recomend Daves to all my friends.

Horrible Business Practices – I called these idiots and asked a very simple question to which the very incompitent receptionist answered that I will just have our guy stop by and take a look at it for you. He came buy took about 5 minutes to look at the machine and then gave me the same answer that I had already told the receptionist I needed to confirm. He then handed me a bill for $68. You have to be kidding me. I already had him going to my house to look at another machine and thought I will have to pay the $68 obviously ... read more

I called them to FIX my 92 yr old grandmothers AC, the guy bypassed the timer saying that was the fix and it was temporary , lasted 8 days. called the office to confirm that it was them who did the repair due to office incompetence that took 5 hours just to confirm it was them who did the repair and the tech listed it as a diagnosis which seemed to empower the idiot call takers a form of apathy and inarticulation that youd expect to find in the mentally challenged. terrible experience just awful.

riped off – We had furnace problems when we started heating this fall. Daves applince came out and replaced two parts with labor about $350.00 and I told the guy I still did not think it was working right. He said it was an old furnace and what it was doing was normal. Then two weeks ago we got a gas bill for $135, we called them back and told them that we did not think they fixed it right the first time. Highly Recommended, Fast, Reliable – I own a nutritional supplement company that needs to keep my product cold, I called Dave's Appliance Service and they came out right away. I was so impressed I had them work on my dryer also. Everything is working great.

Great Customer Service, Professional and reliable. Competitive prices, I had called Sears first. – I have Dave's Appliance fix all my appliances. I had called Sears out, but they couldn't come for a week, Dave's came same day. The technicians always look clean, professional and friendly.

RIPPED OFF!!! – Used the company a year ago to fix my Maytag washer. The repairman commented that he was leaving the company after our job because he was tired of Dave's Appliance forcing him to rip people off and charging double for parts. A year later I forgot he no longer worked there and called them to come out when my Maytag dryer exploded. The repairman came out, cleaned the wire leads, and hooked them back up for $120.
