THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY A/C ON THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR, SO FAR. THE FEE WAS REASONABLE AND AM VERY SATISFIED.
They were priced far lower than any of their competitors and far exceeded expectations. 5 stars all the way.
If there were to be a zero star I would had chosen that option. The owner prides himself of years of experience in them machines, but never prides himself on customers service because he can’t pride himself on that matter. Also the owner doesn’t keep proper and respectful conversations while conducting a job, even if they are children around. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Prices also don’t make sense, they quote you a price & end up with a higher bill.
Called Dave's today, Sunday, and asked if someone could come take a look at my air conditioner as it was blowing hot air. He stated he had given his employees the day off due to a Birthday Celebration. He did, however, ask me questions about the air conditioner and said it sounds like the capacitor.
