Our college student son had his SUV towed to Dave’s and was quoted over $6k worth of repairs. We had our son’s car towed back to NY for our mechanic to look at it. Much of the information Dave quoted was false. They quoted my son $1,034 for new breaks- his car had brand new brakes on it and our mechanic verified they were brand new. RecommendedI have been to Dave’s a few times in the past three months and have been very pleased with their service. They text you when you car goes into the shop, text you with details of issues, and estimated cost. The service is quick! I’m glad I found Dave’s!
I understand mistakes can be made, but I think their service has gone downhill and isn't very thorough. Last summer, I asked for and paid for a tire rotation only to discover later it wasn't done but I let it go. Today I paid over $700 for an inspection and repairs, upon leaving my car was making a noise when previously it was completely silent. Fixed my problem by checking to make sure they got everything that was wrong. Patient, inexpensive, experienced, and waited for me to arrive to pick it up before closing. Thanks again!
