We had a technician come to repair our leaky faucet from Dave's Plumbing through American Home Shield. We were charged over $100 for this service. The technician came and installed a new O-ring in the faucet, but as a result of the dismantling of the faucet, now we developed a new leak at the mounting point of the faucet to the counter. There is water leaking under our sink and this leak did not exist before the technician came to do the repair.
