Absolutely terrible service from Dave’s Plumbing. My issue was a hose connected to the washing machine water supply, and they passed the problem back and forth with the appliance company instead of fixing it. The appliance company said it was plumbing, while Dave’s Plumbing said it was not their scope and claimed they couldn’t replace a basic hose. That is embarrassing for a plumbing company. Dave’s Plumbing Technician did an excellent job. No problems.
I just want to say, I saw many negative review from those that had a home warranty. We had the complete opposite. They showed up when they said they would and took care of our clogged sink which was really bad! They messaged us to let us know they were on the way as well which for us was perfect due to putting our animals away before they arrived. Thank you for taking your time and fixing the problem!
