I called this business about an issue with my hot water heater. After looking at it they told me that it needed to be replaced and asked if I wanted them to do it. I said, yes, but asked if I needed to come in and look at the different options, prices, etc. I was told that they only had one option and that it was standard. I trusted what they said and they never told me the price. It was only after I got the bill that I realized that they charged upward of $500 more for the water heater than I could have paid somewhere else.... read more
