I was afraid I had hornets in my yard, but they came out quickly, did a thorough inspection, and was able to identify the bugs as Cicada killers and explain what I was dealing with. This guy is such a sweetheart. Very knowledgeable, communicates clearly and educates the customer. He’s got to be the best in town! Hard to imagine anyone performing better
