I got an appointment and spoke with Natasha who was very kind and generous. Then Jacob was 2 and a half hours late to our appointment, only calling once to let me know he was late. Then he didn't do a full inspection like I thought he was going to do. I called after and asked if I could be refunded the $95 fee that they charge because they are a family owned business, but it has taken over a week for them to speak with the owners. DAVES PEST CONTROL SENT OUT TWO TECHS WHEN I HAD AN EMERGENCY HORNET PROBLEM. THEY HELPED ME AND MY KIDS OUT SINCE WE COULDNT EVEN GO IN OUR BACK YARD. MY SON GOT STUNG TOO MANY TIMES TO COUNT THE ONE AND ONLY TIME HE WAS PLAYING BACK THERE. THEY WERE RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. ON TIME AND REASONABLE PRICING. ID RECOMMENT THEM TO ANY ONE AND I WILL BE STARTING A MONTHLY SERVICE WITH THEM. THANK YOU DAVES PEST CONTROL.
