I would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a Toyota Camry hybrid I would check this place out! They treat everyone so well and treat customers so well I never owned a Hibyrd before but I have got say it’s the best car I have ever owned:) thank you David for everything! Dave patiently explained his unique process for reconditioning Camry hybrid batteries, his answered all my email and text questions, and he explained in detail what he would do to get my car back in shape. It was worth the drive from Eugene. I recommend Dave's very highly.
Dave saved the day! On our way to the Portland Airport we stopped to get gas in Albany. We noticed the car was overheating. I called the nearest auto shop and luckily it was Dave's Performance Hybrids. While my wife took a Lyft to Corvallis to get a rental car, Dave personally came to look at our car (2000 Acura RL). Dave diagnosed the problem, added missing coolant and I drove a half mile to his shop where we left the car while we were out of town. By the time we got back the car was repaired! Excellent service!
The quality of the reconditioned batteries is at best equivalent to what you would get from someone rebuilding them out of their garage. If Dave had any idea what he was actually doing instead of vaguely following directions he doesn’t understand, the quality of the batteries might be better. But since he was unwilling to send employees to get trained and insisted the knowledge he passed on to them was adequate the quality will never improve. An old coworker recommended Dave's Performance Hybrid to me and I'm glad he did. I just bought a new to me Lexus CT200H and my boyfriends father told me to have the Hybrid battery checked -- just in case! I reached out to Dave and he gave a good deal on checking my Hybrid and he even did a multi-point-inspection on my new car! I called numerous places and no one on Linn or Benton county does the kind of service Dave does! I will be coming back soon!
