I absolutely recommend visiting Dave's. The food is good and the staff/owners are excellent and friendly. We make it there every year for the past 6 years while on vacation in Navarre. Love it! Love it!
From the gumbo to the oysters to the shrimp D'Val....I cannot stop raving about this place and their menu. Nothing short of superb. Do yourself a favor and check it out!!!!!!
The food sucks and the staff is clueless. To much like a cafeteria food. I will never return. Or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.
Nothing but praise for "Dave's Oyster Bar" after another exceptional meal tonight. I went all crazy and ordered the Fried Pork Chops, Okra and Greens. To say they were good would be an understatement as they were the best since my granda's. My wife had the boiled shrimp which were so fresh they about jumped off the plate. It was too good for words but have to say, if you have not tried Dave's, do so soon. If you have return sooner.
Loved it. John the bartender was great, helpful and friendly. The raw oysters were fresh and I was really wowed by the oysters Rockefeller-- more like homemade than most other places. Just really impressed overall. Will be back!
I'm from NOLA and it's hard to compare seafood from home. But I had the BBQ Shrimp today and was very impressed. And my waitress was super friendly. Made me happy. Tasted like home! #nolagirl I'll be back for the crawfish boil at the end of the month for sure!!
First timer there tonight. I was very impressed with the food, the atmosphere, and the service. I've eaten all over the Pensacola area , come here very often from CT and have very few places on my list to go back to again. I'll be back again to Daves for sure!
My husband and I eat there regularly. Awesome service and food is always delicious. I highly recommend the seafood gumbo. The best! Can't wait to get Dave's Oyster stew. So happy they are open.
Excellent food and a great atmosphere! The staff is also very attentive! We will be frequent customers!
