Dave's a goodhearted oldschool guy who def knows how to put together a transmission even though he had not teardown mine, he diagnosed and replaced the sticking valvebody solenoids that improved drivability marginally but the underlying pressure leak I suspected that's causing all this remains unaddressed though I appreciate him looking out, advisory to keep driving it however I can the bandaid eventually gave and the car had a hard lunge under low throttle loss of drive had to pullover immediately as the clutches dont seem ... read more
These guys are great! Just did a complete overhaul on my Mercedes Benz SL55 AMG and these guys made a terrible situation into a much better one. Even when there was a minor issue after, the owner did not push back, simply asked I bring it back and said they would take care of it, which they did. I will highly recommend Daves Newmarket Transmission to anyone who is having issues with their transmission.
Transmission went on my 2018 sierra. Dave had my truck back to me in under 24hrs . Super happy with the experience, the truck is smoother now than new !!!!
Dave’s Newmarket Transmission did an amazing job rebuilding the rear differential on my dad’s car.
