I don't recommend using this company. They are hard to get in touch with. It seems like overtime I call it goes to an answering service, even during business hours. They didn't show up in the 3 hour window THEY gave me and there was no way to get in touch with them. This has happened three times and the only reason I am using them now is because the warranty is with them. PULTE I suggest you discontinue using this company for warranties.
As I was reviewing all the negative comments I realized that I was having the same issues. I was told twice they would send someone out...and didn't. The person answering the phones told me I was confused. Overall poor customer service. Glad I read the reviews before I gave them any more money.
