I don't recommend this company to anyone at all! They take their sweet time fixing their brand new units that break down easily & don't tell you that the units they sell have parts that have been discontinued so they can't get the parts for them. They give you a big run around & it's nothing but a waste of time & money because you're out of an ac/heater & finding yourself buying a portable AC unit for the summer just to stay cool in your 100° degree place & most likely going to be forced to buy a portable heater for the wint... read more

This company is the best! I cannot say enough kind words to express my gratitude. They answer and return calls in a timely manner, then go above and beyond to provide great, friendly service. The service manager came to our house the day before Christmas eve on a last minute call from us to repair our heat in the cold and rain. He got the heat working right away and then listened to our ongoing problems with the heater going out each winter even after several repairs by other companies through our home warranty.
