Very unprofessional.. He parked next to a car and dinged the car door the lady was in the vehicle she got out to say something and he walked away like ignoring her... If he does this off work I can imagine what he would do at work. Sad sad human being.. Karma is a B. I'd give no stars bug that's not an option.

I’ve used Dave 3 times now to fix a few issues at a rent house. He is honest, gets the job done, and prices the job fairly. He will tell you in the beginning if he can fix the problem, and I highly recommend.

Quick to respond/quote and decent work but customer beware. Expects flexibility with his schedule but doesn't accommodate yours and then expects a key to your home for unattended access lol. He never gave an estimate of time to completion or a total in labor/supplies and then claims he's over the allotted amount of time for the job. Missed his call one morning and he threatens lien against the home if not paid in full that day even though the job was not completed.
