Dave not only was honest and truthful, but went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Even stopping by in person to inform us and personally apologize that there was an issue with our project. The issue? The carpet had been ordered in time for our installation date but had been lost by the carrier. Completely out of Dave's control but the install date was important. Don't be fooled by their strange hours. This is a first-rate family run business. Their prices are extremely competitive, their customer service is good, and the installation of flooring is first-rate. I'm not just saying this as a one-time customer, I've been using their services since they were known as KC Furniture over near the Blockbuster in Churchland. That's right, Blockbuster video. That's how long ago I've been dealing with them. Highly recommend this business to anyone in need of flooring.
