Following an catastrophic level of incompetent service through another company, our furnace went out during a winter weather advisory. Not wanting to give business to the previous company, I was recommended Dave's Electrical Heating-Cooling from a family member. Shannon came out to inspect our furnace that morning and quickly identified the issue of a fried circuit board. Super knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing to fix my heat instead of just hand me a bill. Absolutely amazing customer service! Highly highly recommend
Charged $120 for a service call, but did not correctly diagnose the problem. The tech, Shan said “you can do fix this on your own and save a lot of money, otherwise it would be 3-4 weeks before we could get to it.” Come to find out, what he said to do to fix the problem was not even our problem. Dave’s Electric didn’t want to do the work because it wasn’t an easy fix. Very disappointed in this company and will not ever call them for help in the future. Beware
These guys a fantastic! prompt, professional and have a great eye for detail. I had a mini split system installed at out lake house that was not a typical straight forward install, but with their knowledge of the product and some ingenuity it turned out fantastic! WOULD RECOMMEND!!!
