Scheduled an appointment on a Friday evening for the following Monday to have two torsion springs replaced on my garage door. On the Monday that was scheduled, I called around noon to confirm someone would be coming and I was told yes, but not given a time. At 5pm that night after nobody showed and without any notification that nobody was coming, I called only to be told by a gentleman that he wasn’t feeling good and he went home early, that he didn’t have time to call and notify me (not sure how that works as it takes 2mins... read more
