Matt and Ryan are wonderful! We had two different appointments and both times, they made sure to not let our front door slam as not to wake up a sleeping family member. High quality service & super nice guys to talk to and learn from. If you want to work with professionals and not deal with any BS, call Dave’s!!!
I had Matt Dugan from DDS out to my house today to repair my HVAC system. My wife and I were not able to be home and we are in the first heat wave of the year and could barely sleep the night prior. Matt took care of everything stayed in touch with me to keep me updated on needed repairs, and even closed all my windows and turned on the system and I got home to a nice cool house. Can't say enough about the service provided, and the price was very reasonable. If you need service, I'll only use Dave's in the future.
Hello, I wanted to give my first hand account to the excellent service by Dave's Diversified Services. As a homeowner there are times when certain home systems have to be replaced, and when it happens it is daunting and overwhelming. I'm so happy with the service I received from DDS! Our oil burner hadn't worked in over a year. I emailed DDS about my problem after hearing thru the grapevine that they may be able to help. Two of their techs were here over a two day period and were able to figure out exactly what was wrong with our system. Highly recommend!! We've used Dave's Diversified Services twice now. Our latest call was to report that our AC had stopped working completely and the thermostat display was off. The technician called and asked us to check the safety switch. It was an easy check and if it ended up being the issue, it was going to save us $250 for a service call.
