Zero stars rating. One of my family members had their car towed by Hoods Towing. The driver towed the car she called the towing company and was given a price. Then the price kept going up to get her car back on the same day. Very strange, rude driver. Bad customer service!! We told her to buy AAA Autoclub and she won’t go thru that again.
Worst company super unprofessional cursing me over the phone because I’m not the vehicle owners here in Polk county we treat people with respect #shirahstowing woulda done a better job #hcso
Seemed a little expensive but at least the service was great. The driver (Justin) was friendly and accommodating.
