When you call in you talk to the main location. Amazing customer service!! They answered all of my questions without hesitation. Our vehicle was at the W. MLK location and Jeremy was helping us there. He was most helpful as well! All around this company has very good customer service!!! Also felt very comfortable with our vehicle there.
I absolutely rave about their Customer Service!! From the first call to grabbing personal items to price being fair. They have made thus bad experience a little more bearable! Thank you
Nice friendly people the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and took care of my towing needs. The tow truck driver was friendly and professional as well.
