Horrible. Got a call 2 weeks later and was told by frank, I won't come and give an estimate. Where's dave? Does he know his so called righthand man is refusing work because he doesn't want to give a insurance estimate? How do I know the cost if I don't get an estimate? I had custom cupboards in my home and that is what the insurance will pay to have put back in. So what is the problem frank? To lazy to do actual work?
