I ordered a large turkey sandwich with just provolone, lettuce and mayo. The employee thought that meant I wanted a sandwich with just those three toppings and no turkey. Not sure who would order such a thing but anyway, I called to see if I could get the turkey for my sandwich or have it remade and he said a new sandwich would have to be purchased. Absolutely ridiculous! So I paid $17 for a cheese lettuce and mayo sandwich.

Out of everything and didn’t say anything till they already started making the food. Didn’t even give me everything on the thing I ordered to replace because they were out of everything. Should have had a sign or explained before we paid.
$20 for a large sub is INSANE. I expect some fancy service for this price, but the place is kinda dumpy and the oven wasn’t even working.
