Three times we order a glutin free sub plain which was anything that we ordered. No call back when called to discuss the problem. Good food, terrible service.

Ordered online and my card was charged as is expected. They said the food would be ready in 15 minutes. I leave immediately and drive 14 minutes there. Arrived to the store and a sign was on the door saying they were closed for an emergency. Knocked on the door because I saw people working inside. They said they didn't make my order and also they couldn't process a refund because they were both new employees and there was no manager there. They told me to request it online.
