Ordered online and my card was charged as is expected. They said the food would be ready in 15 minutes. I leave immediately and drive 14 minutes there. Arrived to the store and a sign was on the door saying they were closed for an emergency. Knocked on the door because I saw people working inside. They said they didn't make my order and also they couldn't process a refund because they were both new employees and there was no manager there. They told me to request it online. So, I've been conning up here almost 15 years it seems. Linda previously owned this location, and it was always top notch. I never ever had a single problem. The food was excellent, and so was the service. I came in not too long ago to be told she sold her location. Needless to say, I was so sad to see her gone! The good news is I met the new area manager and the staff, and they were awesome. I was able to get my sandwich the way I always have and it was amazing, as well.
