I brought in my malfunctioning Windows 10 PC for diagnostic service - Dave replied promptly by text message, having identified a major breakdown, and suggested I replace the computer. Within days, Dave had ordered a new Windows 11 PC and transferred all files from the defective PC into the new machine. Top notch service, fair pricing and excellent ongoing communications were greatly appreciated - go to Dave's Computers instead of the big box stores' repair department!

I brought my 2017 Macbook Pro to Dave's Computers because of a cracked screen on the 15.4 inch retina display that rendered the display non-functional. Dave explained my options--replacing the entire display with a high quality replacement, and even explained how and where the parts were sourced, or buying a refurbished Macbook Pro of the same model for the price of the replacement display.
