Google listing clearly states “Accepts walk-ins.” Took my elderly father in at 1:00 PM today when there was only one customer in the chair, and we were flatly turned away and told it was appointment-only. This wasn’t a misunderstanding, it was a refusal despite advertised policy. Misleading information and unacceptable customer service.
This is a warm and friendly barbershop. I don’t get my haircut by Dave, my other friend is a barber here. But I will say that Dave and everybody else that I have interacted with in the shop is warm and friendly. I love to see a small business in a neighborhood that still knows how to treat people. good luck to everyone who works here. Thanks for being awesome.
