Misdiagnosed electrical drain on my battery. Out of pocket around $1,000 later, take it home and still will not start. Take it back, re-diagnose as a defective factory installed radio, which apparently was correct. Get it back with $1000 of work and parts I did not need, and a vehicle without a working radio. Asked for relief in splitting the cost of a new radio installed ($340) and was laughed at.
I trust his work. Whenever taking a trip of any length I ask for a safety check. As a longtime client, I am very satisfied.
Charges 100$ to diagnose everything, even if you already know whats wrong and tell them. Does not waive that diagnosis fee even if you have them do the work. Might be a good way to make money but not attract customers. If you have a transmission problem do not take it to them because if you go in and say "Hey Ive got something wrong with my transmission" they will charge 100$ to diagnose and tell you its a transmission problem but not what exactly is wrong with the transmission, for that they will refer you to a transmission... read more
