Very bad customer service !! Sold me faulty parts and they refuse to take them back! Would never do business with them again
I had an awful experience at Dave's Auto Service. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I dropped off my car for a routine service, and it took way longer than promised. Not only was I not kept updated on the progress, but when I finally got my car back, I noticed issues that weren’t there before. They charged me a premium for what was supposed to be a simple fix, and now I have to take my car elsewhere to get it properly repaired.
