Excellent Service! I went to the office to see if they had a part I needed instead of waiting 2 week for it to come in the mail from lowes. Dave had the part and offer to install it for a reasonable price. He came out installed it and im so happy I didn't have to wait 2 weeks! Thanks
My friend knows alittle about appliances and came over to look at my washer and he said I most likely needed a new part. So I called Dave and had him come double check and he was right. So dave had the part in his truck and installed it for me. My washer runs great now and Dave service was very helpful. He is a nice man and does his job right! Thanks DAVE!
My dishwasher just quit working one day in the middle of a big family dinner. I was very upset and although I had the help from all my family it was not what I wanted them to do. So I called Dave's and their 24 hour answering service actually scheduled me and appointment for the next morning. I was so pleased and couldn't wait for it to be fixed. If you have any trouble with any appliance I definitely recommend calling Dave! I had some trouble with my stove the morning I was about to cook a big family dinner and I called and got excellent service over the phone and he came by that day to fix it! It wasn't a big problem but the fact he came by that day and fixed with a smile on his face and such a great attitude made me thankful I called him to help me out. My dinner that night went as planned thanks to him!
I contacted Dave's via email on a Sunday. Got an email reply within 2 hours, on a Sunday. The technician that was coming out also gave me the option to text him. Whenever I texted, he replied immediately. He arrived within the time frame I had requested. When he arrived, he was pleasant and knew what he was doing. He explained what was wrong with my dryer and fixed it for me. I will definitely call Dave's again if I have problems with any of my appliances. No question about it.
I have used Dave's many times and i am always impressed. They are always on time and very clean. When they left i couldnt even tell they had been here (besides having a working appliance). Very nice people and when something breaks, I know exactly who to call. GREAT SERVICE!!
Dave's Appliance Repair is the most honest & professional service you could possibly imagine. I called them to repair my washer. Once the repairman arrived, he told me the repairs would cost over $700 and (because the year I bought my washer was the year the bugs hadn't been worked out yet) it could have other problems requiring more repairs in the future. MY NAME IS DEBBIE AND I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY DRYER NOT HEATING. SO I CALLED DAVES APPLIANCE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED, WHICH WAS GREAT! THE GUYS WERE ON TIME FOUND THE PROBLEM AND HAD MY DRYER FIXED IN NO TIME. THE MEN WERE NICE AND PROFESIONAL, I WOULD RECCAMEND DAVES FOR ANYBODY WHO WANTS RELIABLE AND PROMPT SERVICE. Dave was great! He came towards the end of the time window I was given and was very nice and courteous. Our dishwasher has never received so much TLC in its life! I was a little bit in sticker shock at the end but I'm a new homeowner so I'm not sure how much things are supposed to cost anyway!
