I would NEVER give him ANY star point rating period! (Just to be able to type on here, I had to choose a star.) He was horrid! I feel really sorry for his poor wife! If your home warranty company send you this company ask to change companies. He is a total conman who has his wife do the work, doesn't know what he is doing, lies about having to order a part that takes weeks and then doesn't fix the problem. I had a simple tubing that needed replacing for an ice maker - who doesn't carry that on their truck. He then will go on to say you didn't clean under your refrigerator so it is your fault and the warranty won't cover it. My mother had the same issue when First American sent him to her... read more
