Food wasn’t good pizza was burnt/over cooked,service was good but overall we won’t be back!

This was not our first experience at Davenport's but will likely be our last! The customer service was pitiful. Our order was lost. We sat for an hour waiting on the pizza. Not once did our waitress ask were we ok or check on our order. Once pizza arrived she said our meal would be discounted at 50%. Not the case! After questioning the RUDE manager, he said 25% was fair for our troubles. He was arrogant and certainly needs help with proper customer service.
We ordered and waited for over an hour for our pizza. We noticed 3 parties came in after us and were served before us. When we question, we were told the “machine” ran out of paper and they were putting our order in. The server never checked and then told us we would receive 50% off. We received 25% off and the manager was extremely rude about giving it to us. What happened to customer service???
