Husband went to get an AC relay switch for my 2016 Ford Focus SE. The Person that he spoke to told him they didn't know which part he needed without bringing in the old part. However a 20sec Google search is all it took. So Davenports doesn't have a parts data base? No product knowledge? No Customer service training?
