Dr. Nichols and her staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. They are efficient and every appointment experienced were on-time or early. I am fortunate to be part of Vision Source.
Unprofessional and confusing/additional bills show up weeks after appointment even though we already paid.
Great experience and knowledge . Fast service (by appt) currently short on staffing, but are managing their appointments (at least mine) excellently.
Update: After my complaint, Davenport Vision Source contacted the lab, who caused the multiple trips by not filling the order as requested for my lenses. The lab agreed to pay my outstanding balance to compensate for my many trips and time taken away from work. I was finally able to get my new lenses in my frames and they fit (and I can see better).
