Extremely friendly
We've used Davenport once as buyers and once as sellers, both land deals. As buyers , we had no issues, but we found the land ourselves and they happened to be the listing agent, so there wasn't much to do other than closing. We decided to go with Davenport again when we were selling our own land based on the good reviews. The agent was friendly, but communication was very lacking and, if anything above and beyond the basic MLS listing was done to help sell my property, I never knew about it. I cannot recommend Cody Burrow enough! He helped us find our dream property and truly looked out for us throughout the entire process. He is down to earth and felt like a friend vs. a weird, pushy realtor. From the moment we spoke with him, we knew that he had our best interests at heart. He’s one of the good ones.
