They took every dollar I saved , sold me a bedbug filled house , along with a warranty that never was fulfilled….. yay. I’m so glad I was someone’s first scam. Don’t ever buy a home with cash. Ppl like these ones will ruin you life with bedbugs( and not have the courtesy or legal protections to tell you)
