I had to call multiple times to get my mother's funeral planned and even scheduled. When I did finally get it scheduled (4th call) I was told to call back to plan it because he was in a hurry. then I called 2 more times trying to get it planned! Each time I called I had to explain who I was and the whole 9 yards for anyone to remember who I was. It was absolutely awful and stressful because I just wanted to get it planned so I didn't have to think about it and stress about it so long.. but nope... couldn't get a call back. T... read more
Dignity was wonderful to work with during our unexpected loss. I appreciate everything they did.
John helped me pick out a plot near my parents. Although I will be 60 feet away, he told me he will let me know if a pre-bought one becomes available so I can switch. It was a very easy process. The only thing is I want to purchase a bench near my parents. I want to write a poem and have it engraved in the bench and put it nearby. I can’t because it is too close to the war memorial. I’m not sure what too close means. They are about 8-10 feet away I assume. That park is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained.
