Very disappointed with the service experience at Davenport Auto GMC. We brought our Yukon in multiple times for the same issue before they told us it needed a new transmission. We approved the repair and had the transmission replaced, yet the exact same problem still exists. Since the transmission replacement, we have had to bring the vehicle back multiple times again for the same issue. Well, so far since I have had my truck, good driving, good fuel mileage, but been in shop almost a month, since purchased in November. Haven't heard from anyone at Davenport today? 3-5-26 truck still not fixed, parts ordered, but on backorder. Dissatisfied.

Davenport GMC provides great customer service! I called today because my battery was dead and Christina Quincy was very understanding and immediately sent Technician Francisco to help me.
