RecommendedWe are now purchasing our third vehicle from Dave Wright Subaru. We love this dealership. All the staff are so very nice and patient, and extremely helpful. We have place a special order as well as buying off the lot. Never a problem.
Update...3 hours for a scheduled oil change. I was told "about an hour" at check-in, see it moved from Subaru garage to Nissan garage at the 45 min mark. At 2 hours I go to check the status, IT HAD NOT BEEN STARTED! Done at the 2:50 mark. Was told they had 5 technicians call in sick. Could that be because there was no soap in the mens room for the day? or days? and a popcorn machine not far away? Glad I had my own hand sanitizer. I purchased my car at Dave Wright Subaru and also purchased the service plan. Unfortunately I’ve been having the worst experience with their service technicians because even though I schedule service appointments, they always make me wait pass the appointment time (even though I arrive early). They also place my car at the service area and leave it there for one or two hours before they star working on whatever service is needed. Not sure what happened to service department. Old location was efficient and professional. New seems like it’s running without management the last 3 times I’ve attempted to give them work. Scheduled oil changes that take 1 to 2.5 hours! Recall fixes that aren’t recorded in system so they insist on doing them a second time. Service desk writers and manager have poor attitudes and a lot of turnover. Service department under staffed. Every time we get service done I feel like I'm being taken advantage of even with the warranty we got pressured into purchasing from them. Oil changes take forever and we're never notified when it's done. Even though we're supposed to have them covered for 4 years, we were told we'd have to pay due to the milage on the car. Our phone calls are never returned. Overall service has been terrible and we won't be returning.

From start to finish, ALL of the people I worked with were amazing! They all worked cohesively as a team, making my experience and visits seamless. They worked to find exactly what for my wants and needs within my price. Brooke, JP, Francisco, and Tim were all wonderful to work with. So glad I went out of my comfort zone and came to Dave Wright!!
