After posting about my experience with dave white last week Alyssa your customer service manager called me Friday. I told her my story of what happened (which I have also posted on these reviews) and she transferred me to the manager of services. I then again explained to him what happened. He apologized and told me he would reimburse me for the bolt that needed to be tightened that I had to get tightened somewhere else, and that he would look into everything and see what else he can do for me. Great service bill was excellent help
I made an appointment, but they were very busy making the wait time pretty long (got an inspection and oil change). However, the employees were very apologetic about it and were professional. The building is neat and clean, and I liked the showroom. Will definitely be back!
