David was such an amazing help for me and my friend as we were trying to find the right apartment! He helped us to make sure we understood everything as this was our first apartment we were buying. He took countless phone calls for us a day to make sure it all made sense and wanted to make sure we were safe and happy in our new home. We appreciate everything he did for us through the process of getting our apartment!
David was a very huge help in so many different ways that truly helped us get the apartment. We were very new to this whole process and he explained everything to us no matter how many questions we had. He was always around just in case we needed any repairs and was so selfless throughout this whole process. He didn’t need to do half the things he did but he did it to help us which is why you should definitely work with him!! He’s very nice and asks us about our life not just about the apartment and made it very personal.
Dave has done a great job again, this time selling one of my investment properties in just weeks! His expertise and professionalism made the transaction seamless and we even closed early. This was my 10th deal with Dave, two sales, three purchases and five leases! All went very well!
We hired Dave as our Realtor based on a top recommendation from a friend. We needed him to find the perfect renter for our beautiful Palm Beach Gardens Home. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and never made us feel anything less than his number one VIP client (although we are very aware of his vibrant list of clients.)
