Dave was patient, informative about the area, pointed out construction items in condos we looked at. He worked on my behalf to show me homes that I would like after getting to know me so he didnt waste my time with areas or condos that I would not consider. From the beginning up until the closing and after Dave did a great job in getting the right price and making me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend engaging with Dave for your home out.

David was such an amazing help for me and my friend as we were trying to find the right apartment! He helped us to make sure we understood everything as this was our first apartment we were buying. He took countless phone calls for us a day to make sure it all made sense and wanted to make sure we were safe and happy in our new home. David was a very huge help in so many different ways that truly helped us get the apartment. We were very new to this whole process and he explained everything to us no matter how many questions we had. He was always around just in case we needed any repairs and was so selfless throughout this whole process. He didn’t need to do half the things he did but he did it to help us which is why you should definitely work with him!! He’s very nice and asks us about our life not just about the apartment and made it very personal.
