Dave/Brad Visser are in BREACH OF CONTRACT. We hired an attorney with a list of things that were never completed to this day. Our attorney sent a subpoena to credit union holding mortgage requesting to see all certified receipts and sworn statements per Michigan Law MCL570.1110(1)(b). Credit Union refused stating Visser builders do not want you to have them. We built a house with DVB in mid-2022. We worked with Brad during the process and was a swell and communicable person. We found a floor plan within their portfolio and made some on the fly changes that he recommended; and we could not be happier.
