We have to give a big thanks to this Volvo Dealership because they fixed our truck in matters of hours on the same day we came in. From the beginning they were very nice and polite and extremely professional and they fixed the issue that other shops could not fixed it.
Came here by luck. I am OTR driver, and my experience with them was amazing. Very friendly, efficient, and affordable. My service advisor was Lane and definitely ask for him. They treated all drivers the same, as I noticed. Highly recommending this place.
Lane, the service manager, and the mechanics were great to work with. It took a few days for the part to arrive, but once it did they got me in a bay and went to work! I recommend these guys if you ever need service in the Albert Lea area!
I purchased volvo 07 about 10 years ago from Dave Syverson. Drove all the way from Chicago on a Saturday. They did everything I ask, including delivery to Chicago! First was to bring it to my mechanics ... They couldn't believe it... It needed like 100$ for a shock. Asking me where did you buy it from... did they have more trucks like this one...
