Dave is awesome! He assisted our family in our search for land, and turns out his skills go far beyond home buying and selling. He is knowledgeable when it comes to land search, home building, and even answered our questions about septic systems, wells, etc.
Spence and his team were awesome to work with when selling our home. He made the process so easy and assured us we wouldn't have any issues selling our home, and boy was he right! We were under contract in 1 week after multiple full price offers and MANY showings! His assistant is great with coordinating all of the inspections and his photographer took spectacular photos that really showed off our property! Would 110% recommend Spence to anyone who is selling or buying in Frederick County, VA!
