David is the sellers agent. Bright MLS, MLS#: WVJF2020910 We spent time and money under contract on this property and obtained multiple licensed inspections. The inspections documented significant mold, termite activity, and structural concerns. These reports were provided to the seller and listing agent. Despite this, the home was relisted without repairs being made. I encourage future buyers to conduct thorough inspections and request full disclosure before proceeding.

Dave is a fantastic Realtor. I had to move across country while listing my home. Dave got it listed and sold quickly. He handled all the needs of my home while I was gone, even going as far to ensure my water was turned off to avoid pipes bursting in the winter weather. I highly recommend him to be your Realtor!
