The service department was very unresponsive to me. They had my vehicle for almost 30 days, over three different periods. Without pressure, they wouldn't call to provide me with an update.
Excellent customer service and great service from the service department. They explained everything to me that needed to be done and why. Everyone at Cortes Nissan are very courteous and helpful. Thank you!

Very professional & personable. They went out of their way to sort through red tape with the warranty company, and after that process had taken a long time, they pulled strings to get my car done ASAP with their best technicians, so spare me another car-less weekend. I hadn't pressed for that, they were just being considerate!
